Telesale ( Night Shift )

1. Job Description

Make outbound calls to Vietnamese-owned businesses operating in the U.S. and Canada, based on a pre-qualified contact list.
Guide customers through the application process, address inquiries, and provide accurate, professional support in line with company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments in both Vietnam and the U.S. to stay updated on service policies and offerings.
Achieve performance KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and service quality.

2. Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or higher. Preference for candidates with a background in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or phone-based customer service.
Clear, engaging voice with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
Basic English communication skills, especially listening comprehension of names and information from overseas Vietnamese clients.
Willingness to work fixed North America hours (night shift in Vietnam), with high accountability and a proactive attitude.

3. Working Hours & Location

Working hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday to Friday). Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
Location: Megamind Office - 215B20 Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh ward, Ho Chi Minh City. On-site work only (no remote work, no rotating shifts).

1. Job Description

Plan and execute content across multiple communication channels including Website, Facebook, Instagram, Email, and Landing Pages.
Create compelling content for product marketing campaigns (POS terminals, financial solutions, e-commerce platforms, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and media teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand positioning and consistency.
Research customer insights and tailor content strategies for different target segments (e.g. overseas Vietnamese, nail salon owners, spa managers, retail store owners).
Monitor content performance, optimize keywords for SEO, and perform A/B testing when necessary.
Contribute to building internal resources such as company profiles, brochures, onboarding documents, telesales scripts, and video storyboards.

2. Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or a related role.
Strong writing skills with versatility across advertising, emotional storytelling, technical, and casual content.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO content, and storytelling techniques.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for trends and aesthetic sensibility.
Preferred candidates have experience working with international brands or in fintech/e-commerce industries.

Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday

1. Job Description

Draft, organize, review, and complete internal documents, contracts, and related paperwork.
Update and maintain employee records, timekeeping sheets, and labor contracts periodically.
