Telesale ( Night Shift )
Job Descriptions
Make outbound calls to Vietnamese-owned businesses operating in the U.S. and Canada, based on a pre-qualified contact list.
Guide customers through the application process, address inquiries, and provide accurate, professional support in line with company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments in both Vietnam and the U.S. to stay updated on service policies and offerings.
Achieve performance KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and service quality.
Requirements
High school diploma or higher. Preference for candidates with a background in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or phone-based customer service.
Clear, engaging voice with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
Basic English communication skills, especially listening comprehension of names and information from overseas Vietnamese clients.
Willingness to work fixed North America hours (night shift in Vietnam), with high accountability and a proactive attitude.

2-month probation salary: 85% of total compensation.
